General provisions
The e-commerce website belgiandogs.be or pascalevanbutsele.com offers its customers the possibility to buy the products from its online store.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website ("Customer"). When placing an order via the online store, the Customer must explicitly accept these Terms and Conditions.

Price
All prices mentioned are in EURO and always include VAT. 
The delivery costs are automatically calculated in the first page of the ordering process and are based on the destination, dimensions and weight of the entire order. 
The quotation of price relates exclusively to the described articles. The accompanying photos are intended to be illustrative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.

Offer
Despite the fact that the online catalogue and the e-commerce website are compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up to date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding, and Pascale Vanbutsele is in no way liable in the event of manifest material errors, typesetting errors or printing errors.
If the Customer has specific questions about e.g. sizes, colour, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we ask the Customer to contact us in advance via the Contact page.
The offer is valid as long as the stock lasts and can be adjusted or withdrawn at any time. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

Online purchase
The ordering process via the webshop:

• Select the desired product and place it in the shopping cart by pressing the Order button on the product page.

• When you want to place your order, click the shopping cart at the top right of the page to start the ordering process.

  1. You select the shipping options (if any), the country of destination, the payment method you wish to use and the discount code (if any).

  2. Fill in your address details and optionally a different delivery address. Here you can also note any comments you may have. You have to accept the general terms and conditions before you can proceed to the next step.

  3. You will get a complete overview of your order and delivery details. Is everything correct? Then you proceed to the payment.

  4. Carefully follow the instructions of the payment option you have chosen. This happens outside the site of belgiandogs.be on a secure site of the payment provider. The payment, and with it the order, is only completed when you return to the belgiandogs.be site and the message of confirmation on the screen is visible.

• You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from Belgian Dogs Publications (trade name) or Pascale Vanbutsele with a complete overview of your order.

The Customer has the choice between the following payment methods: 

• credit card (Visa, MasterCard)

• PayPal

• debit card (Bancontact, Maestro)

• by transfer to account number BE76 3770 4387 8995 (European Union only)

Pascale Vanbutsele is entitled to refuse an order as a result of a serious shortcoming on the part of the Client concerning orders in which the Client is involved.

Delivery and execution of the agreement
Items ordered through this webshop are delivered worldwide.
Delivery is carried out by bpost, PostNL onlineverzendservice.be, GSLOne, DHL or UPS. The choice of carrier depends on the weight and destination of the order.
The items ordered will be shipped within two working days of the order and will be delivered as soon as possible.
The customer can choose a track & trace option against payment. 

The Customer must immediately report any visible damage to or qualitative shortcoming of an item to Pascale Vanbutsele.
The risk of loss or damage shall pass to the Customer from the time that he (or any third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer) acquires physical possession of the goods. However, the risk shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice was not made by Pascale Vanbutsele.

Ownership
The items delivered will remain the exclusive property of Pascale Vanbutsele until full payment has been made by the Customer.

Right of withdrawal (not applicable for custom made artwork)
The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase items online.

The Customer is entitled to revoke the agreement within 14 calendar days, after physical receipt of the goods by the Customer, without giving any reasons.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Pascale Vanbutsele by e-mail at pascale@belgiandogs.be or via the Contact page on the website.
The Customer shall receive an acknowledgement of receipt of his withdrawal within two working days.

The Customer must return the goods to the above address as soon as possible and in proper packaging, but no later than 14 calendar days after the confirmation of receipt of his withdrawal. 
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be paid by the Customer.

Only undamaged goods will be refunded. Pascale Vanbutsele will refund the amount of the order, including the delivery costs, to the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days upon receipt of the returned goods. Repayment shall be made using the same means of payment with which the Customer has carried out the original transaction.

The right of withdrawal is not applicable for digital content downloads.

Warranty
If a defect is discovered, the Client must inform Pascale Vanbutsele as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Customer within two months after its discovery. After this period, any right to repair or replace shall lapse.
The warranty (commercial and/or legal) never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the article in violation of the purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the user instructions or manual, modifications or changes to the article, heavy use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.
Defects that manifest themselves after six months following the date of purchase are considered not to be hidden defects unless proven otherwise by the Customer.

By using the information and services on www.belgiandogs.be or www.pascalevanbutsele.com, you agree to our Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions, including the use of cookies contained herein.

Invalidity - Non-elimination
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy or Website Disclaimer is held to be invalid, illegal or void, this shall in no way affect the validity, legality and applicability of the other provisions.

Pascale Vanbutsele's failure at any time to enforce any of the rights listed in these Terms, or to exercise any right whatsoever, shall never be construed as a waiver of such provision and shall never affect the validity of these rights. 

Evidence
The Customer accepts that electronic communications and backups may serve as evidence. 

Applicable law and competent courts
Belgian law applies to this site. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the district of Halle-Vilvoorde are competent.
